3 Month Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our product and guarantee to the original purchaser that our product shall be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 3 months from the original purchase date. This warranty applies to the product under normal use and is subject to all product usage documentation. In the event you need to exchange your case, battery, or charger. Simply email us to start an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will then inform you on where to ship and will investigate the items and then arrange a replacement. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

Shipping & Delivery

Free Express shipping is offered for orders over $150 and is handled by Australian Post. Guaranteed delivery is only available on orders shipped via Express Post. If you are concerned about time taken or missing packages please choose Express shipping. We now offer Free Express shipping on orders greater than $150 and we continue to offer other shipping options.
New orders are typically packed within 1-2 business days of ordering and delivered within the time frame specified at Aus Post. These time frames are merely a guide and we offer no guarantee unless otherwise posted. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with an order tracking number (if available) and information on how to track your package.

Order Status

Once you complete your order a confirmation will be sent to your email. Once your order has been packed your will receive an update email which will include your tracking number (if available). In your Social-Lites account you can check your order status anytime by simply clicking on the "My Account" link in the navigation bar at the top of every page. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.
